Eureka
Viewer

A free viewer that lets anyone open Eureka simulations anywhere. Operators, programmers, managers, and partners can see the same cut, the same tools, and the same risks before a part ever reaches the machine.

Bring the virtual machine to the shop floor, office, and remote sites

What the Eureka Viewer does

Eureka Viewer is a free companion application that opens simulation files created in Eureka. It runs on Windows computers and tablets, so you can review programs at the machine, in a meeting room, or when working away from the shop.

Instead of reading a static setup sheet, operators and programmers see a live simulation they can rotate, zoom, and scrub through in time. They see tools, holders, fixtures, and material removal exactly as the programmed process defines them.

Why it matters for daily work

Get your Team all on the same page. Better communication between the person writing code and the person running the machine reduces risk and saves time.

  • Operators see a job before the first chip flies
  • Programmers show exactly how they expect the process to run
  • Teams can talk about the same visual reference instead of only code and paper notes

For new work, critical parts, or complex setups, the viewer becomes the visual plan. It shows motion, tool changes, and material removal in a way that is easy to follow, even for newer team members.

A simple way for operators to understand what the machine will do, and for programmers to show that they checked the job.

  • Scrub through the timeline to see the cut from start to finish
  • Pause on critical moves around fixtures and clamps
  • Focus views on tools, holders, and stock when checking clearance
  • Review how stock is removed and what finished faces look like

The viewer delivers the detail of a full simulation without needing a programming workstation at every machine.

Who uses the viewer and how

Machine operators

  • Review new jobs before pressing cycle start
  • Check clearances around fixtures, vices, and clamps
  • Understand the order of operations and tool changes

CNC programmers

  • Share simulations as part of handoff to the floor
  • Walk through changes with leads and supervisors
  • Document that programs were simulated and reviewed

Manufacturing and process engineers

  • Validate setups and fixturing without standing at the machine
  • Use viewer sessions in process review meetings
  • Support multiple machines and shifts from a desk

CAM resellers and partners

  • Share working solutions to customer cutting problems
  • Show safe motion and corrected toolpaths without access to the machine
  • Use viewer files in training, webinars, and remote support

Supervisors and managers

  • Quickly understand what a risky or complex job will do
  • Support shift handoff with a clear visual reference
  • Use simulations to explain why a process change is needed

Training and onboarding teams

  • Teach new team members how real parts are produced
  • Replay past jobs that went well or had issues as learning examples
  • Show safe practice for tool lengths and clearances

Key capabilities in the free viewer

Interactive playback

  • Play, pause, and scrub through the entire cut
  • Jump to tool changes and important events
  • Slow motion review around tight areas
  •

Full three dimensional control

  • Rotate, pan, and zoom around the machine and part
  • Switch between global and close up views
  • Focus on tools, fixtures, or stock when needed
  •

Measurement tools

  • Measure gaps and distances inside the scene
  • Check tool and holder clearance around fixtures
  • Confirm reach before cutting material
  •

Stock and cut review

  • See how material is removed step by step
  • Inspect finished faces and remaining stock
  • Compare the cut against expectations and process plans
  •

Simple to share

  • Open viewer files without a full Eureka seat
  • Email or share simulations inside your team
  • Create a visual archive for important jobs and programs
  •

Works alongside Eureka and Eureka 3X

  • Use with Eureka seats in programming and engineering
  • Use with Eureka 3X to share simulation results from Haas three axis work
  • Extend the impact of simulation beyond the office
  •

Why the viewer is free

Simulation delivers the most value when every person who touches a job can see it. By keeping the viewer free, Eureka makes it easy to bring trusted visual information to operators, programmers, engineers, managers, and partners without adding cost for extra seats.

When everyone looks at the same simulation, there is less guesswork, fewer surprises, and shorter conversations about what the machine will do.

Next step

Download the free Eureka Viewer and start sharing simulations across your team. Use it with Eureka in programming and engineering, and together with Eureka 3X for Haas three axis work, to bring clear visual proof to every setup and review.

Share a short description of your parts, machines, and challenges, and we will follow up with examples and workflows that match your world.
